Terms of Agreement:
1. Your Photo Booth Company will arrive at event venue approximately one hour before scheduled rental start time to setup equipment and make sure that everything is operational.
2. It is the sole responsibility of the client to secure permission of the event venue for Your Photo Booth Company to setup and operate the Photo Booth at this event. The Photo Booth is approximately 5ft by 7ft, and requires access to a 120-volt electrical outlet. The client is responsible to inform Your Photo Booth Company of any restrictions at the site that may affect the setup or operation of the Photo Booth and/or Your Photo Booth Company’s ability to adequately perform their duties. The client understands that such restrictions may adversely affect the overall experience and/or quality of photos, and that Your Photo Booth Company is not responsible for the consequences of such restrictions.
3. Your Photo Booth Company takes the utmost care regarding equipment function, photo quality, and printing. However, due to the nature of technology, some downtime may occur. Your Photo Booth Company guarantees its equipment to be operational at least 80% of the scheduled rental time, and will refund a pro-rated amount of the rental price for any downtime beyond this caused by equipment malfunction.
4. In the event Your Photo Booth Company fails to comply with the terms of this agreement, Your Photo Booth Company will only be liable for funds received.
5. Client agrees to indemnify Your Photo Booth Company against any and all liability from any claims, actions, suits, costs, damages or liabilities including but not limited to liability for personal injury of any person at the event, and/or property damage.
6. Your Photo Booth Company reserves all rights to the photographs captured during event and may use for demonstration, publication, or other purposes. Original media and copyrights remain the exclusive property of Your Photo Booth Company.
7. Any individual aspects or particular requests should be made prior to your signing this agreement.

8. This agreement incorporates the entire understanding of the parties. Any modifications of this agreement must be in writing and signed by both parties.
9. This agreement shall be governed by the law of the state of Illinois.
10. The total price for the above services and product(s) is (package price + state tax 6.25%). Payments shall be due at the following times: 30% initial deposit; the balance is due 10 days before the event date. Payments made before The Event date shall be defined as "Retainer(s)" and are non-refundable upon cancellation of The Event, but may be re-applied subject to availability if The Event is rescheduled. Canceled Events must be rescheduled within 60 days of notice of cancellation in order to re-apply retainer(s).
